Default Using BetFair web services with a proxy server

I am having trouble figuring this out. I need to connect to the web services through a proxy server but I can't find any information on how to do it.

My research has only gathered this: (using Google web services)
Dim s As New Google.GoogleSearchService
Dim pr As New System.Net.WebProxy("", 80)

s.Proxy = pr

' google search

Dim r As Google.GoogleSearchResult = blah...
Problem is that the BetFair service doesn't have the Proxy property.

Does anyone know if this can be achieved?

I've never tried this, but perhaps you could explore the proxyAddress and useDefaultWebProxy properties on your binding elements in App.config...
